Project: Reconstruction of a residence in Chalkidiki

The briefing was to renovate in elegance & white tones an existing 80's residence, within a blessed pineforest site  in Chalkidiki. The most interesting elements that triggered our design, was the creation of a new metal floating stair (covered with wood in the end), the formation of new friendly outdoor sitting areas, one by the pool and one for dining, the redesign of the attic with a floor sink and en suite bathroom. Laquered white wood, stone all over interior and exterior spaces, concrete decorative wall finishes in the bahtrooms and black details in switches & sockets make up the house's moodboard.
